Post office lady staff J is awful, not helpful at all, even worse if you need to send something internationally, seems to type up address is the hardest job in the world, do it extremely slow and let other customers push pressure on it.
Definitely need more training on this.

This is my local convenience store. A year or so ago it was closing early a lot but I've not had that problem recently and I've been there after 9pm a few times recently including on Sunday night.
Member prices on milk, bread etc are competitive with the big supermarkets. I mainly use the self checkout. I use the Post Office to send or collect parcels and it has a separate queue. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Sadly - not the Coop's fault - people with more limited mobility who don't drive and live on the other side of Leigh Road are cut off from accessing the store and post office because it's a dangerous road to cross, with no crossing points. Five years ago our councillor told me that there were plans for an island but we still don't have one.

Moved to 61 cox row October 1999Been a regular always running over the coop shop for cash backy food milk NO ALCOHOL I DON'T DRINK love the staff very friendly don't know if they know my name GORDY they do recognise me I was the piano man I sold pianos from £175 from London too Somerset I moved too cox row too rest after having a piano slip down my spine and cause yrs of lower back aches so handy being so close too the coop shop less than a minute away ?

Shut early again, Sunday 6:30pm, supposed to be open until 10pm. Happens far too frequently. Boyatt Wood Co-op never has this issue.

Clearly states open till 10pm, its currently 9pm and shutters are down, can see this is apparently a common problem which shouldn't be accepted as there are many hotels where people might need to grab something urgently

This is my local shop. I go there most days and spend a fair bit, but lately I walk up to the shop and the shutters are down. So then I have to walk back home and drive somewhere else. This has happened four times in the last three weeks. I might as well get into my car and shop elsewhere and save myself the inconvenience. When the shop is open, I have only ever had good service.. ps to this review. It?s the 15th of may 23, it was 2024hrs and the shop was shut. This is a community shop, it needs to be open the hours that it says. Do better!!

Oh, look...8:30pm and the co-op shutters are down again, no surprise there..during the day you'll probably be okay, unless you need the Post Office, because that position is also too often closed. This happens way too often for as long as I've lived here and co-op HQ don't seem to really be doing much about it. The manager here clearly isn't managing very well.

Just showed up at the local co-op and it was shouting at 3 pm due to understaffed three adults were stood outside, Including the manager. Why does the shop need more than 3 people to run? This needs to be dealt with, this area is majority elderly people and I feel for them to have to keep turning up to a closed shop that is supposed to be open until 10pm!

I have just visited Falkland Road Co-op and was extremely impressed with the service from the young lady who was working at the till and also the Post Office,

This store over the last 3 months has been closing early most days yesterday the store closed at 5pm when the opening hours are 7am to 10pm this store often closes early it is pointless the coop being there it?s closed more than it?s open it?s not convenient
