A++ experience as usual

I had a highly disappointing experience at this shop due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Initially, I was sold a broken TV. When I pointed out the issue, the staff member falsely accused me of damaging it. Fortunately, I had recorded a video in the shop before taking the TV home, which clearly showed it was already faulty. After presenting this evidence, the staff member was visibly embarrassed but offered no apology.
Instead, their attitude became rude and dismissive. I bought the Xbox that was also non-functional, further wasting my time and money .After that I replaced my xbox in southampton cex store. The staff?s lack of accountability and poor customer service was unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop due to their rude staff and defective products.

Would not buy from this store!!! Rude little girl behind the counter with obviously no customer service experience and a so called manager who wouldn't speak to myself or partner about a phone we bought that didn't work properly, so we asked for a refund and they said no cause there's nothing wrong with it so in theory they stole our money. We will be complaining higher up and we will see what others will now say. But if u buy a product u should get ur money back if no longer wanting or if it's faulty.. I would never come to this store again and advise people to shop elsewhere.

I traded my ps4 in for a ps5. The first ps5 was faulty but they handled it very professionally. I normally don?t buy second hand electronic devices but I have no issue to buy from Cex because of the warranty.

GO AWAY ITS 4.30 WE SHUT SOON ???? ( they shut 6pm) OR ? in other words no service please we are British? incredibly rude dismissive go away attitude we wanted to sell three really great items. The manager just shrugged and granted like an animal and said he didn?t want to take the items at 4:30. We were told to come back another day, I said we don?t live nearby they said tough so we didn?t sell the items. All I can say is better to sell your things online than to give your items to somebody who is so rude, dismissive quite literally sub zero Service it?s hard to believe this is an American based company because there is no service and no good manners here. Not too great, the staff are usually quite happy to help you look for stuff, but it?s becoming way too often that the website says they have things in stock in store when they don?t!

Located on Market street with plenty of street parking that pay at the meter or car parks nearby.
A good place to try and sell unwanted items or buy things.
They don?t want all items & they are polite and honest with what they will buy and what they don?t, maybe giving you advice on other places that might be interested.

This is a very good place to buy second hand games, consoles and devices. However, sometimes, for selling things, it'll be better to sell them elsewhere as sometimes you won't get offered as much as the device/game is actually worth.
