Always busy, great coffee, some comfy seats. If I'm in Eastleigh it's my go to coffee shop. My son calls it café Nerd. Loyalty scheme is decent. Cakes and snacks overpriced in line with all coffee outlets, but they are decent.

Great trip, very short queue, excellent drink and delicious cakes for me and the boy. Redeemed a free drink and then paid on the app with no drama and because we are in combined with eat out to help out it was virtually free!! This is my local Cafe Nero so we'll definitely be back :-)

Great Coffee but very, very poor WiFi.
The staff in many locations across the Caffé Nero chain in England agree that the WiFi is very poor.
Costa Wifi = Good.
Starbucks Wifi = Very Good.
Fingers crossed the guys at Caffé Nero can sort out such an important issue.
If you are not concerned about WiFi but love Coffee this is the place to go.
Sort the Wifi out and I'm good to go from 1 to 5 Stars.

I?m a support worker for people with learning disabilities. Keelie was very patient and actually spoke to them rather than through me. She deserves recognition for her above and beyond service. Very pleasant stress free experience!

Really bad experience, the barista doesn't take the time to make a good cup of coffee, they just pour the milk without decorating the cup.

Brilliant, friendly team - never drink anywhere else!
Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy...
Kid-friendliness: Really good, other customers too.
Wheelchair accessibility: I walk with a trolly and they always ask if I need help getting my food & drinks to the table. Invariably another customer will get the door for me.
