John the pharmacy manager is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you he remembers your name and it makes going to pharmacy a nice experience hes a gem the shop is always clean and staff are helpful aisles are wide and the whole shop is wheelchair friendly

I was served by a lady who has worked in Boots, Eastleigh for YEARS. I'm sure she was there when I was at secondary school, and that was a looooong time ago! Anyway, Elaine was too busy chatting to her collegue, to notice me waiting to be served at the till. I was the only one waiting. She then saw me waiting, but carried on her conversation and only when she had finished, did she serve me! ð??® There was absolutely no customer service given whatsoever. The only words she spoke to me, were the price of my items. She is such a miserable woman and is obviously waiting to retire. I'm glad I don't live locally and that I don't have to see her again!
