On Monday 29th Sept I purchased 2 tops at the Eastleigh branch, which is a special journey from the Isle of Wight including the ferry fare. When I got home I tried them on again only to find the security tag had been left on the sweatshirt, so I am unable to wear it. I posted it back to them that morning at a cost of £4.05. The next day I received a phone call asking me to go into the branch personally, which I refused (another £20 I don’t think so!). I was also refused the postage refund. I explained that it was due to their stupid error (too busy talking). I was assured that they would consult with the Regional Manager the next day.
The sweatshirt has just arrived, no apology, no letter, just the sweatshirt.

Saturday 5th July I went into Eastleigh Bonmarche. I wanted to get my mum some new clothes. I received the kindest and most patient assistance, nothing was too much trouble after explaining the situation. What I purchased was all perfect for my mum as I was no longer sure of her size due to her losing weight. The till receipt said Jessica, therefore, I hope she gets the thanks and appreciation from her employer that she is so worthy of. My mum and I are very grateful, thank you!
