Brilliant luscious green display of camellias on entry which is one of the few plants that would be in leaf this time of year. Great selection of colours and we came away with an unusual pink variety that my wife chose with the help of the owner Steve. Prices are always very reasonable compared to larger garden centres. We have been coming here for around 3 years and always find what we are looking for and quite often something we didn?t expect to see.We highly recommend this nursery and the knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Wish I could give this place no stars it is a hazard someone could easy fall and they will be sued my nan been dead 30 years I bet she in better condition then the plants no excuse in keeping this shop clean trees in front of path close it down as u cannot manage it . And I'm not first I see from comments saying the same thing embarrassing

Been going here for a decade to get our real Christmas tree. Always a great choice, always great service, always super friendly. Tree looks as good after Christmas as the day before bought it.

We come here every year to get our Christmas tree, great ramshackle of a place with random things in all places,Update Dec23, no change, just as charming as ever, great friendly and patient staff who understand the great woes of looking for that perfectly shaped tree for Christmas

Extremely disappointed with the look of the garden. The plants were in disarray, not healthy looking and the whole atmosphere was a let down. Maybe better in spring/summer time but now, having visited it yesterday, it is a place to avoid.

What a wonderful place Penny?s warned us to be careful as plants were being watered. It?s full of warmth and beautiful flowers a real life nursery like I can remember as a child no frills and Aladdin?s cave of items .unexpected visit from father Xmas ho ho ho. Lovely to see dogs too.

I Love this family run Nursery, they always have unusual plants and always top quality. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. It's my first stop for any gardening materials and plants, highly recommend and nice to support a family business. The gentleman that gave that ridiculous bad review is a load of shhh... I've been coming here for years!My Tetrapanax was tiny and now look at it! They always have unusual plants and I love that it's a family run business and they don't just chuck out the out of season plants they actually put love and care into it. The owner always has time to chat and is so knowledgeable!I took some shots whilst there to show you how lovely the plants are and how the bad review is ridiculous, and some jasmine I recently bought from there and already doing well in the garden.....
