After coming here to celebrate my 30th Birthday tonight, we were greeted with a very rude, abrupt and lairy bar man.
No customer service, bad attitude and gestures towards his fellow colleagues behind the bar. Very unprofessional; and moaning about customers. Won?t be returning.

really disappointed, went there last night after booking a table was told to sit on table in corner and would get table service , we sat there for ages noone came over we were totally ignored , ended up walking out

Food is fantastic and perfectly priced for the high Quality. Good range of beers, great service and big portions. Don't be afraid to request a doggy bag. Excellent atmosphere in this buzzing pub 10/10

Went to The white Heart for a couple of drinks with friends and were met with nothing but rudeness from the bar staff, 0 personality, sounded like they didn?t want our business or anything to do with us in fact, very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Definitely will not be back!

Just left the White Hart after a very disappointing carvery. Pototes and stuffing were rock hard.Veg had no flavour. Very disappointed. Some of the stuff we're also very rude and had O personality !

A very busy Saturday and not enough staff on the bar hence long queues to get a drink. Lovely gardens with plenty of seating.
