My partner and I are always cautious about going back a second time to any holiday resort or accommodation; it's never guaranteed that the original good experience will be repeated. Nevertheless, we elected to stay at Premier Inn's Hordle hotel again having spent a few days there about two years ago. It is situated in a perfect location for both exploring the New Forest and the nearby cast, and the standard of service is excellent. I think there's a good chance we'll be back again in due time.

Very well run Premier inn with excellent staff all round. Really good value as ever. Rooms comfortable and with all amenities/facilities you really need and nothing you don?t. We stay regularly in premier Inns and have yet to be disappointed.

The room was nice and quiet with two comfortable chairs and plenty of storage space. Also, I was very pleased with the amount of car parking spaces. The staff were all friendly and polite. The seat covers in the eating area were disgusting. The fabric was badly stained. I would suggest replacing the covers with some easily cleanable vinyl. Our shower was what I consider dangerous. My wife couldn?t adjust the water temperature, meaning that she had to shower with water that was too hot. When I had my shower, I had to use two hands to adjust the very stiff temperature control. Also, the screen was not sealed very well, which meant that a big puddle formed on the bathroom floor. When we went to dinner in the evening, it was an hour before our Starters arrived. In fact, the dining experience took so long we decided to forgo desert.

I did not expect much as not my first choice however it was a good location for visiting the new forest. The staff both reception and restaurant were fun but hard working. The room meet expectations and not too many doors banging late at night. Food was better than normally experienced at Brewers Fayre and a total shock the food was HOT

We were made very welcome and looked after by a very friendly, efficient team of staff, everything was clean and comfortable. I was a 'plus one', whilst the others worked at The New Forest Show, this was an ideal location for me to explore the area.

Hotel let down by the room not being cleaned properly, looking a bit tired and having a smelly bathroom. The staff service was amazing and the breakfast was also excellent. Just need to sort the rooms and there cleaning.

Very helpful and friendly staff Kirsten Andrea and Tamara . Food excellent would recommend the meal deal. Garage next door with a shop. Excellent location for a holiday in the countryside. Seaside 15 minutes away Milford. Many thanks

Very friendly and helpful staff, even though it was late in the evening when we checked in staff were very polite and willing to help. The rooms were Very comfortable and spotlessly clean and perfect distance for the early morning ferry to the Isle of Wight.

We have stayed at many PI and this by far is definitely at the top.. Excellent customer service from Kirston and the rest of the team. Friendly and helpful. Rooms immaculate we had a Premier Plus room worth the upgrade. Plenty of parking space. So thank you for such a lovely stay here.. Look forward to coming back again soon. x

Great hotel .We stayed for 1 night as we were travelling on next day . Situated in a quiet area with plenty of parking . room was great it had been upgraded .spotlessly clean and very comfotable .will stay here again .

Perfect ? everything sorted quickly ? especially as we were given a room on second floor and no lift at lymington?.first floor room sorted. Was offered more milk and coffee as none left in lay in reception

This hotel was clean & well presented, the premier plus rooms are definitely worth going for! Staff all very polite & helpful! The location is ideal for visiting the New Forest! The surrounding area is beautiful & the adjoining restaurant is reasonable in cost & food good!!

The 'Premier plus' room was perfect as it had an ironing board and iron for our wedding outfits. Also a mini fridge for beer and our non UHT milk for teas and coffees. The room and bathroom was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. It was so peaceful, the window overlooked the car park and overall we were very happy with our stay and would visit again. Very friendly and helpful staff. We would choose a 'premier plus' room again.

Good parts: The check in process was fairly simple, and there is ample free parking available. I was grateful to have a bath in the room and the bed was very comfortable. Not so good parts: All the staff tend to congregate in the lobby/reception area to have a chat so that felt quite intense going in and out, when I opened the door to leave they all turned around and looked at me. The walls are fairly thin, so when the staff are cleaning the vacant rooms in the morning, it is very noisy as they play their music loudly without headphones so it is just played aloud for all to hear. An hour before check out time, they came knocking on our door wanting to clean our room! I double checked the email to ensure we weren't overstaying past the provided time as we felt like we were being rushed out, but as I thought, they clearly just wanted to get their job done as early as possible. This did stress my partner and I out as they were clearly outside just waiting for us to vacate the area when we were a long way off ready.

Quiet location and very helpful and friendly staff. Ideal location for onward ferry to Isle if Wight. In particular would like to thank your receptionist Kirsten who made our stay for our golden wedding anniversary so special. She was very kind and the room upgrade and bottle of bubbles in next door restaurant made our day. Thank you very much.
