Exhaust filter full and car in limp mode whils't on holiday, dealers had no time, AA tried to repair and failed. Was going to try Halfords, Kwik fit and the like when a guy suggested Carbetta, we went in desperation and met Ben who explained how busy the garage was but he agreed to try and fit the repair in if we left the car there. Later the same afternoon we got the call to say the car was repaired and went to collect the next day. The team went above and beyond to get our holiday back on track and Ben took the time to explain both the problem and repair in simple terms which were easy to understand. Probably the best experience at a garage I've ever had. Whilst I initially contacted main dealers regarding water ingress into the intake system only to be told that they wouldn't be able to look at vehicle for 3-4 weeks, I was recommended Carbetta, who got it and mended it in double quick time......and at a very fair price.
