Went in store this morning, used the tablet to order and paid! The server was amazing (didn?t catch her name) & was even able to offer a little advice on a drill battery! Keep up the great work ??

Really helpful with a door lock I ordered. It actually came with two less keys than expected. Manager reminded me that there is now a key cutting machine in the local supermarket, so all sorted in one round trip. Thank you.

Brilliant customer service. The manager was really helpful as he took the time to explain exactly what I needed to buy. He was very approachable and knowledgeable. Will definitely return when I?m next doing DIY.

They are cluless and short hair blonde lady is horrible. When I see her I don't bother going in anymore, I'd rather drive to Wickes or Toolstation.Why does she have to be so unpleasant?
