was helped by a really lovely woman named Lisa (if i've remembered correctly!). i was collecting several parcels and had some issues with the collection codes ? Lisa was immensely helpful and very patient. really positive experience

the lady working today was really polite and patient with me when i didn?t fully understand how to collect my parcel . i have also sent a parcel here with an older man who was quite eccentric i believe another review refers to him as being very odd but he was polite and well mannered. just slightly different to most people but doesn?t mean he didn?t do his job well.
