was helped by a really lovely woman named Lisa (if i've remembered correctly!). i was collecting several parcels and had some issues with the collection codes – Lisa was immensely helpful and very patient. really positive experience

the lady working today was really polite and patient with me when i didn’t fully understand how to collect my parcel . i have also sent a parcel here with an older man who was quite eccentric i believe another review refers to him as being very odd but he was polite and well mannered. just slightly different to most people... read full comment
