Wish this was our surgery, shame closing and being pulled down in two years to make room for housing. Staff were so pleasant and helpful

Completely angry with the final service provided by this Gp. I called this morning for medical advice for a medical condition that I have had for years. And now it turns out that to be attended to first I have to fill out a questionnaire, which has not arrived and I have called and s twice to say so. And then maybe the doctor will contact. It is outrageous! Solution: My husband will lose a day of work so he can take me to the hospital and find out how long I will have to wait there for them to attend me and all this with our little girl waiting in the car with my husband. When with a urine xample at least we would leave doubts immediately and I could have antibiotics which is what they always send me.

I can say I've had excellent service at this practice. Always helpful from reception to doctors. Thank you

The people who work at the reception in this surgery need to go to work in the health club not in a surgery where people coming with some health issues. Very upset after visiting this place. If you are feeling not well you will feel much worse after talking to young receptionists who don't know what they are doing there.

Unfortunately, emergency appointment system just does not work. 90 per cent of the time it cuts you straight off or says line not available. When you do get through you listen to an overly long message the it rings for 3 minutes and cuts you off. When you go in in person they tell you to go to Petersfield walk in centre 15 miles away.

Worst GP surgery I've ever dealt with, the reception team are toxic. Refusing to issue medication for a patient who just released from hospital. Horrible people who shouldn't be dealing with vulnerable people.

Rang from 8 this morning took 159 times to get through it then rang for 23 mins only to be told all anointments are gone even though 111 stated i need to be seen ........ To come down tomorrow or ring again tomorrow to get the same Thing to happening . What happened to doctors who care ... And people with compassion so now in pain and have to wait another day .Its madness

I am suffering from the viral infection from the last 3-4 days. I am not getting any sleep during the night hours due to a very nasty dry cough. I tried to book an appointment by phoning in the GP around 8:30 am yesterday. After 25 minutes waiting I was able to talk to someone . Explained what I was going through . I was told to expect a phone call from the practitioner in the afternoon. After 7 hours of long waiting , I received a phone call to just let me know they were fully booked for the day, so I should retry next day morning or go to Urgent care Petersfield. Anyway, I left for Petersfield right away and when I was half way through , I recieved another call to confirm I could come to the GP next day at 2:10pmNext day, I visited the GP at the given time and explained the pain I was going through: High fever, coughing every minute 24 hrs and a very sore throat. All I got from the practitioner that this is a viral infection. Try some honey and lemon and some Nasal spray from the Pharmacy. She didn?t even bother to write the name of the nasal spray on a piece of paper.A big chunk of my salary like many others go to the NHS , which is fine but the service they are providing now a days is terrible!I am not sure if I am expecting too much or what ?, but very very disappointed with the service! No one is prescribing me any cough suppressant that could help me with sleep or little more care! Really disappointed! Not sure if the management check these Google reviews and take some necessary steps to improve their services or I just wasted another 15 minutes typing my feedback

Still gives good service despite staff shortage and nhs poor investment. Patient levels increasing all the time with all the new homes being built in Bordon

I think the team are doing their very best but the resource doesn't meet the demand & it's a horrible situation for patients & probably staff too. The team have all been lovely when we're gone in & I believe there is expansion planned

Went for a covid +flu jab (1st Oct 22). Well organised from the man in car park through the administration staff to the doctors and nurses giving the injection. This should be the way forward for local health care, congratulations on this innovation. ?

Tried to get an appointment having been suffering for 9 days but was told to go to the pharmacy. When I explained I had already gone to the pharmacy multiple times and asked again to get a GP appointment I was told I could only get a telephone call back in 3 days.

Sadly this GP practice has completely gone down hill over the last 3 years. Rude unhelpful reception staff. They never answer the phone and forget getting a face to face appointment, they still seem actively avoiding having patients into the surgery and are still using covid as a feeble excuse. Repeat prescriptions are a nightmare, very rarely get them right. It seems the leadership here is completely lost. It would help if these so called hero GPs put in a full 10 sessions a week for 5 days for their £100s of thousands a year. Instead of milking the taxpayers for their 3 days a week. It's quite frankly embarrassing to witness this shameful GP practice desending into a rudderless excuse of a GP practice without leadership or any care for their patients.

For the attention of Doctor Malik and the staff of Forest SurgeryDear Dr Malik, we have decided to write to you to express our feedback after the last three years of being looked after by yourself and the Forest Surgery. We hope that you will find this valuable and insightful ? we spent 20 years abroad, 20 years in London and the last 3 years in Bordon. This alone gives us a broad experience with different health care systems, hospitals, surgeries, doctors and nurses. We are just emerging on the other side of the dark covid tunnel and we realise how stressful and hectic this must have been for every health service. Like the rest of our society, we can?t thank you enough. Throughout this period, yourself and all staff at Forest Surgery remained extremely diligent, professional, friendly and helpful. Our feedback however is more to do with our general experience and treatment, seen from a patient?s perspective. From the very first day in early 2019 we were greeted with a smile at the reception, the lady who took our details and took us through registration process was very polite and welcoming. Being new in the area we were naturally curious and bombarded her with a lot of questions which she very happily answered and made us feel that buying a house in the area was the right move. The same attitude continues every time we visit or call three years later. It shows that not only staff training is more than exceptional but also that this surgery has the right people who like what they are doing and like being there to help others. It wasn?t too long before we had to see a doctor. We met yourself and other doctors in the surgery. Only once before we came across comparable level of care and outstanding professionalism. A mutual trust and respect between the doctor and his patient are crucial in any treatment. Doctors and nurses at Forest Surgery understand that very well and evidently thrive to establish that relationship. Some illnesses and conditions are understandably embarrassing to the patient and the only key to open up about them is having the right doctor or nurse in front of you. The only real moment people realise the true value of highly skilled and dedicated team at any hospital or surgery is when they face serious threat to their health or life itself. We often fail to remember being grateful for having you on standby and this is our way of saying THANK YOU.We wish you and everyone at Forest Surgery to have a fantastic day and to remember that without you the rest of us would not make it very far.Andy & family
