Average service at best! Never seem to be in control of anything! Sorting prescriptions for them seems a huge hassle! Now I?ve used Lloyds and many other pharmacies and never have such a long wait or issues that I have at this boots! Worse still, they never have any information or answers so as far as I?m concerned it?s a staff training issue and a recruitment issue eg hire people qualified and who want to help and enjoy dealing with the public! Because right now the service I receive and I see others receive isn?t good enough! 2 stars is generous

Closed due to no Pharmacist today so why does website say open? This keeps happening & the sign sends you to Alton, miles away. God help anyone needing to pick up a prescription today! Boots you really need to get your act together.

Absolutely diabolical service I (t's a pity I can't give zero stars). Why it takes so long to get people's prescriptions together I have no idea? Even if you don't want a prescription, you always have to queue in a line of about 10 people that are waiting for prescriptions just to pay for something you've picked up off the shelf.I just queued for 25 minutes to pay for a bottle of Calpol.And as other reviewers have said sometimes you are completely ignored even though you are standing at the till and you actually have to speak out to get someone's attention. Personally, I think boots should look into this store as the customer experience is severely letting the brand down. Not to mention they are often closed when they should actually be open. Also, the young girl that works in there definitely needs firing. She's absolutely useless. I listened to someone ask her. I quite lengthy question earlier and she stood there as if she was listening and then did not reply to the customer. A few moments went by and she said sorry. What was the question? The customer then had to explain all over again. Unbelievable!I can't quite understand how people get employed when they are as branded as that.This seems to be a recurring problem with pharmacies as this is not the first pharmacy I've been in that has had such terrible service like this.

Came down on holiday, sorted out my prescription and rang me week later to check on my new medication very polite and friendly

Always feel ignored. There are always people around the back filling prescriptions but never acknowledge you are standing at to the till waiting to be served. People skills are lacking.

Unpleasant. Make up is kept hidden and no one acknowledges you to open it up, you have to que behind 7 people to ask for it to be opened, only to then que back up to pay. Very slow service as well.

This chemist has had trying times with staff sickness and other bits but through all this they remain friendly courteous and professional under stressful time.shiut out to you all amazing job you do daily and to Michelle thankyou for all the help you give me with my prescription that doctors mess up and you sort for me to keep my mental health in check.all staff THANKYOU XX

I can't find what I'm looking for whenever I go to bootsa lately. And the bad part is that I wait in line very long. Other than that, if we look at it in general, the make-up products are of very good quality, the babies are beautiful in the section with ?ö?n, I think their prices are a little more expensive than anywhere else. The location is very convenient, it's close to my house, so this is a good thing for me.. I think it makes more sense to order online in advance and pick it up from there. Because my grandson has chickenpox and I couldn't find it even though I looked for medicine everywhere. I ordered online from boots and then went and bought it. It will be a difficult time for those who go with their children because as I said, we have to wait in line for a very long time. Apart from that, it is a quality place.

I've never had an issue with Boots in Bordon, I prefer to go there than Petersfield..YES IT SAYS ON THE DOOR THEY ARE CLOSED 1-2 FOR LUNCH, Hence why the shutters are only half way down so u can see it on the door!!

Closed on a Sunday and the selection of stock and layout within the store has to be the worst I?ve ever seen from a Boots. The store feels tired and run down and as mentioned, I never seem to be able to get anything I?m looking for in there - which I know I can get in other stores. It?s all well and good trying to support local but this store makes it impossible and your only option is go elsewhere. Boots are missing a massive opportunity here as the Forest Centre/Bordon doesn?t have any other competition when it comes to buying cosmetics and personal care products.
