Visited 30/07/25 for my birthday. Had the place to ourselves. The food was very good and tasty, served hot from the kitchen. Service was relaxed and the waitress wasn't pushy and trying to get us out the door. Wonderful time had by all, would definitely go back again!

had a lovely meal with my family at the wing tai! all you can eat for £22.80 per adult sunday-thursday and it was absolutely worth the money! my personal favourite were all of the starters and the singapore noodles. service was wonderful, staff always around if we wanted anything else.

We ordered a takeaway of £50 and after waiting over an hour (which is fine) we just chased for a rough delivery time, was told 30mins max, after calling again when it hit this mark, was then told driver is on his way (at this point our food has been ready sat waiting to be collected for 40mins). Called again and the lady shouted it?s on its way and hung up. We called again now at the 2 hour and 20min mark and there is no answer just a busy line. I tried to call to cancel order as I aware that our food has been sat waiting.
The final straw was after we decided that at the 2 hour and 40min mark, we were going to bed after eating toast and will call for a refund in the morning. A driver pulled up briefly and then drive off slowly, at the time I was putting rubbish in the bins and saw it was the delivery. I asked them to call their boss as we haven?t been able and told them to refund me as I will not feed my family something that?s been sat on the side and it?s ridiculously late and poor service, and the lady responded with ?you can just microwave it? and she started swearing and hung up again. I?m honestly disgusted. We sent the food back with the driver who was very apologetic herself and will never order from them again.

Loved wing Tai for 8 years. Always been tasty food. And always been really friendly on the phone. That changed today. They?ve only made a couple mistakes in those years which I just let go.
Tonight they missed an item from my order that I?d paid for. So I told the delivery driver (who watched me check the items)
And called the restaurant to say I?m missing something, very politely.
I was met with instant shouting and rudeness. Saying it was put in the bag, to which I respond I?m sorry but it?s not in my delivery bag. More shouting. Another lady calmly takes the phone while I hear the other woman shouting no refund in the background.
I?m shocked and honestly upset that I got treated that way despite being a long term customer with nothing but love for the restaurant. Just had money stolen and a slap in the face for asking for it back.
Sorry wing tai, you?re no longer the lovely restaurant I?ve known for years.
