Food was awful!
Came here for a middle point for a family meal and the food was almost inedible! The full Monty mixed grill was so dry that no one ate it, the steaks were over done and needed to be sent back, it came with no pineapple on the plate either! The best part of the meal were the soft drinks! They also can?t serve a Guinness in the correct glass or leave it to settle! Definitely won?t be coming back.

Dinner with Santa experience, great food and service, very friendly and helpful, Santa was brilliant so professional and attentive.

Went for the dinner with Santa, 4 adults and one child. Food and service were very good. Must give a special mention to Father Christmas who was fantastic.

Twice we have come here and twice been told no scampi and no fish and chips. Sunday we ordered a roast dinner. WOW it was disgusting Deep fried potatoes the are called roast potatoes, frozen veg, potatoes also come out of the bag and were frozen and dipped in a fryer. My 84 mother asked for a knife and fork and was told to walk over to an area which had cutlery. She had Turkey and it was reformed Turkey she said it was like spam. My son and I had leather beef better off being a liner for my trainers. Staff were rude the barmaid was frowning at us when we ordered drinks .. Shame on you New Inn as some of the other franchises have better service

Don't ever order steak here, absolutely dreadful, steak came out with charcoal on top and was turned upside down in the hope I didn't see it. Sent back but came out pretty bad again, don't waste your money

Stopped here for a pint after work. Pub had a curry deal on so ordered. Staff were polite and extremely attentive. The young lady who served me, Alana, was calm, polite and very well presented.
Overall a good experience.

Visited this local gaf on a whim as it's on my way home from work.
Given I stopped for a pint I have to say in this day and age the service and atmosphere was phenominal. Felt like a local, with the staff and punters, was made to feel very welcome.
Made another visit on a weekend with the family and again very well looked after, my wife's a vegan and was accommodated to with a separate menu and knowledgable floor staff who made sure our needs were met.
Will definitely frequent more often when we get a chance.
