(Debbi's) call regarding the broken car key they sold me left much to be desired. Her tone was consistently unpleasant, and when I sought assistance, she abruptly ended the call without resolving the issue. This lack of professionalism made the overall experience disheartening Is A Big Shame For Such Big Company.

Great,Sweet,Softly Talking lady behind the counter and 3 lovely ladies on site..What a Difference to usual MISERABLE GRUMPY old Site workers its made. Girls on the Site were so so nice and friendly, I would go back there gladly. BCA got this one right. Well Done Blacbushe.

Terrible customer service if things go wrong and the vehicle is not as described. It takes ages to get your money back from these people. An absolute nightmare to deal with.
