Really happy with my experience! Booking on the phone, dropping off and picking up sooty was super easy. The place was super clean and sooty looked genuinely happy, when I picked her up. The staff at 3Cs seem to really adore cats. I'd totally recommend 3Cs ? they've got a thumbs up from me and sooty!

Probably the best cattery I have used. I highly recommend using 3 C?s Boarding Cattery. The staff clearly love cats.

Booked over phone, easy drop off and pick up after just over a week's stay. Cat is all good and they let us know of anything worth being aware of.

Bit pricey, and some areas are very dull and isolated, staff are very friendly and cats are looked after.

I had the pleasure of visiting this cattery on their 40th Birthday/Anniversary this week. Every cat run looked clean and fresh. The staff clearly care for each cat, I was impressed. Even though the staff were busy they were smiling and friendly obviously happy in their job. I was shown around and the shop had been recently refitted with everything you may need for your pet cat.After commenting on local groups, so many people sent well wishes to the owner, remembering her days running the pet shop in Camberley, 'Colins Cage and Collar' She asked me to share her thank you message to everyone....Hello,I?m Kathleen owner of 3C?s Boarding Cattery. Thank you so much for all your congratulations and lovely messages received on 3C?s 40th Birthday.My biggest thank you must go to my late husband Colin, without his vision and dedication 3C?s would not be here today. Colin gained diplomas in ?Animal Care and Management? with both the British Pet Trade Association and the Veterinary Association. His knowledge and dedication to animal welfare won us the Cattery of the Year Award, of which he was extremely proud. Colin was also awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his work on improving conditions in the pet trade and in animal welfare.He spent most of his working life from when we met in 1961 till his death in 2016 involved in the welfare of pet animals. Colin shared his knowledge giving talks to children at the local schools on how to care for their pets, he was also a regular guest speaker on pet animal care at many charitable association meetings.Since Colin?s death the cattery has faced several challenges, although covid hit us hard, I was determined not to let Colin down, we survived and have gone from strength to strength.May Colin?s legacy live on for years to come.Kathleen Williamson

I'm genuinely feeling a bit sad leaving this review, because it signifies the end of our relationship with this business with which we've had previous good experiences.We've used 3C's twice before, and were happy with the care our cat received. It's never easy finding a place that you can trust with a beloved 4-legged family member, and overall the past interactions with 3C's have been positive. Until today.I had to cancel the booking I made for our cat's stay next month. It wasn't the fault of 3C's cattery, just a change in our circumstance.I fully understand the need for and purpose of a deposit - to secure a place for my cat and to prevent the company from losing money should I default. In this case however, I cancelled the stay over a month in advance and asked the question if my deposit could be returned if the cattery were able to fill my space left open due to my cancellation. Seemed fair as this is the holiday season and demand is high.That's when the tone changed. Instead of considering the request, the person at the other end of the phone went into immediate defence mode. There was zero customer service at that point. No offer to have the owner call, no offer to consider the request, no offer to consider other options like applying the deposit to future stays, nothing but aggression and a condescending diatribe about company policy and such.There is no way a cattery as busy as 3C's won't fill that slot, but I would accept they keep my deposit if that were the case. What I won't accept is treating a (former) customer the way I was treated today. I'm disappointed, because 3C's is not far off from being a really great place to board one's cat, however we won't be returning and I will now recommend that this business be avoided. If they cannot get basic customer service right, how can I trust them with our cat?

As a regular user of 3 C's Cattery for over 30 years, I was suddenly alarmed to recieve an extremely hostile phone call from the owner, when all I wanted to do was to swap dates without incurring an extra deposit of £50. She was very aggressive and unbending and refused to give any credence to long time loyalty. I was appalled!Just before Chrismas 2022, 3 C's parted company with their excellent Manager and her team who had been there for many years. Julie was the jewel in the crown and was instrumental in raising the profile of the cattery, including winning Cattery of the Year.If the owner continues to treat her customers with this belligerent attitude, then she might be left wondering why many go elsewhere!

The staff are very kind and attentive, when we get our cat home she is calm, no stress. We have used other catteries in the past and she has not eaten well afterwards so 3 C's must be doing something right! This is now our go to cattery, thanks team!

We have now used 3'cs for just over 12 months and in that period have used on several occasions. From long weekends to two week holidays, the team always take very good care of Simba and we highly recommend!

There are no words to say how wonderful this Cattery is.My cat enjoyed a holiday here whenever we went away for all his 11 years. Amazing facilities, amazing staff and highly recommended.My beloved cat was recently booked in when he tragically went missing and then returned. They could not have been more compassionate, sympathetic and understanding as my circumstances changed and he had to be put to sleep.Thankyou for being the best Cattery anyone could ask for.
