Food was ok. Had to wait 50 minutes for three meals restaurant didn't give any warning that they were not coping with the number of customers. Would not go.here again.

Very disappointed with the customer service at the Brabazon Restaurant.
When placing my order, the staff member at the till (pink hair) could not manage to take a simple order correctly. We then waited over 30 minutes for just two breakfast baps, while several other tables who arrived after us were served promptly.
When I asked about our food, the response was unhelpful and dismissive, showing little concern for the delay. Eventually, after speaking to a senior staff member, our rolls appeared almost immediately ? which only added to the frustration.
The experience left me feeling that some staff here would benefit from better training in both customer service and order accuracy.

Shockingly expensive and awful replenishment of crockery cutlery and cleanliness of tables. £5 and more for packet sandwiches, £3.50 for smallest flapjack. Very disappointing.

Food was very disappointing food was bland watery and very overpriced we did find out that any beef products contain 20% lentil. Also we paid extra for cheese that we didn?t receive

It is a little pricy, but decent vegetarian options, decent sized portions, quick service, and a nice relaxed open environment. We had lunch, but cakes and hot drinks also available. (Operates like a pub environment for those wanting lunch.)

Ordered the classic burger and chips for my grandson and a jacket potato with tuna for myself. The burger was overcooked and may well have been reheated. It did not look freshly made. It was covered in salsa sauce making the bun mushy and wet.The chips were nice. My jacket potato arrived cold and I took it back for reheating. I was then given another one and was told it was just out of the baking oven by a woman who I believe was the manager. She spoke to me as if I had insulted her. The replaced potato was certainly not hot and just barely warm!! I didn't want to make a fuss in front of my grandson and ate my potato. Not impressed. If I go to the museum again I will take sandwiches.

Appalling service and rude staff, I recommend the café by the playground instead. The manager should do find a job that is not customer facing.

Always lots of people. Always lots of wasps outside. Food is edible but the price is high. Staff are overworked. Orders come slow. But the terrace outside is not a bad place to view the cars if they are driving past.

Terrible experience. Huge queue, and only when getting to the front do you discover that you need a table (and number) to order. Impossible to do when it's crazy busy unless you have another adult with you to sit and hold the table! Expensive coffee, no surprise, but the cup was served half full!! Expensive half cup of coffee! Expensive mediocre food, with very fiew gluten free options (soup or baked potato). The staff are very good, polite and helpful, but totally overwhelmed. Bring a packed lunch!

Although I've always found the brabazon a little expensive for food and usually just had a coffee on past visits . Today was pleasantly surprised to see it'd had a very lovely make over and now looks very inviting. On ordering a coffee I was extremely disappointed to see all the cakes out and uncovered. I'd usually have a slice of Victoria sponge to complement my coffee but was somewhat put off by this new display being fanned by a couple of fans to only what imagine we're there to try and keep flies away but that wouldn't stop the cakes from being coughed and sneezed over rather than the previous refrigerated cabinet display..

£3.80 each for a disgusting, watery hot chocolate. They were all made with hot water and powder rather than milk. They were not stirred so there were lumps of powder at the bottom.We won't make the mistake of eating or drinking here again.
