Rude staff member. Spoke to be abruptly and with a sarcastic tone. Was not happy to help in anyway. Will not be going back to this store and went to b&q instead.

I had a very disappointing experience at Wickes Basingstoke Stores. We approached a staff member to inquire about wall paint, specifically whether smaller tins were available, as we only saw 10-litre tins on display. Before we could fully explain our query, the staff member abruptly asked us to 'talk slowly' because he couldn't understand us, even though we hadn?t said much yet. When we showed him our phone screen to clarify, he responded rudely, saying they only sell 40-litre tins and that we should take it or leave it. His tone and attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. As an Indian, I couldn't help but feel that his behavior was discriminatory. It was truly disheartening

Had to buy some accessories for painting and I must say the customer service is really good at wickes , met these two lovely people who were giving their heart out helping people ( John and Lauren ) John was wonderful explaining things on how to paint and gave every little details , the store has everything you will need to do any kind of DIY , sure place to visit ??
