Many thanks Waitrose Basingstoke for serving cigarettes to my 12 year old daughter! I placed an order through Deliveroo for Bonjela JUNIOR Gel and received cigarettes!!! It wasn't Deliveroo fault as my bag had correct order number. Definitely someone who packaged it can't read properly!

Great experience at Waitrose. The prices are more expensive than other stores in Basingstoke. My dad and I bought 3 packs of water bottles to keep ourselves hydrated at all times. Another thing is that some products are a bit different such as Waitrose Brand.

Only a few tills the rest is self service which is a let down.

Only visit Waitrose occasionally to buy items not available elsewhere, would shop at Waitrose more often if quality of the citrus fruits and grapes is improved back to what it was 6 months to one year ago.

Just bought family brunch at Basingstoke Waitrose cafe. All 4 trad breakfasts were poor but inexpensive. All had under cooked bacon, solid poached eggs x2, cold baked beans. No toast or fried bread.
Children wanted pancakes with chocolate spread and bananas. They came with no bananas. None available ! Despite them bringing plentiful in shop.
Coffees were all good. But
Would not come here again for breakfast.
