Rubbish network with Vodafone still having problems and issues everyday not good signal or any service my network status bar isn't so good
Upgraded On 1st August 2022 on a 24 monthly contract I have tried all the trouble shooting tips and I also have rest my mobile data still have the same issues outdoors is good network but indoors not good enough and paying £31.72 monthly contract
Triangle ? bar isn't so good still facing issues with my network with Vodafone not good

Popped in today just to see if I was eligible for an upgrade on my sim only plan. And I was. I said that I didn?t have much time and the manager got someone who he knew was going to sort me out quickly. Within 10 minutes I was back out the door with a better plan than what I walked in there with. The manager even came over and offered us some chocolates (never had this before - amazing) The lovely chap looking after us was Jacob. His knowledge with regards to his job and his professionalism was superb. An asset to Vodafone. Will definitely be using this store again!

Pathetic Services are being provided by the staff, customers were waiting, and all the crew members were in their back side offices, including managers.

James was absolutely fantastic in setting up an additional plan and e-sim for my sister on my account. Explained everything perfectly and set me up with a cheap, high data plan I was offered online. Thanks James!!
