Cracking service all round - relatively small job (but surely a bit fiddly) of laying vinyl in the utility - guy in the showroom was super helpful, and the fitters, Ryan & Scott, were fab - very friendly & professional - even moved washing machine & dryer, in & out - easy Five Stars - thank you :-)

We had our bungalow carpeted by UK carpets, every room. It was perfect for the three years we were there, service was brilliant, fitters did a brilliant job and very friendly. We recently moved and wanted to get new carpet and flooring for our stairs, hallways, cupboards and downstairs W.C. We went with the luxury vinyl downstairs and carpet on the stairs and landing. Again, very friendly and helpful service. Called up to keep me up to date with timings and dates. Very well priced and no surprise costs. Fitter was brilliant, very friendly, quick and left no mess. Perfect job from UK carpets once again. We are over the moon. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately I have had a poor experience from this company. My carpet that was put down by uk carpets started to fray at a join that was poorly put together. Due to a potential colour difference we opted to change to wooden flooring to replace the damaged carpet. Price was expensive but also took weeks to get an response in regards to placing an order. Floor has now been laid with some concerns over the finish. Emailed over 3 weeks ago. No response. Disgusting!

I bought 3 sets of curtains from my flat, and had them fitted as well. I dealt with Nicky and had great service from start to finish. Price was also very competitive when compared to other similar quotes. All in all, I highly recommend this company.
