Shopped here previously & always had excellent service & always felt it warranted 5stars however just lately the service & attitude of staff has declined, eating takeaways & larking about

Very Unprofessional staff , today I went to buy something and I found a male staff who was aged early 20s , he was very rude and seems racist to me . His way of talking and body language was a concern , I don't think such people should be allowed to face customers. He should be given proper training and also monitored regularly .I can see in different ratings it happened before.
Please do something with him otherwise lots of people simply won?t use this Toolstation.

I recommend this Toolstation to everyone. The sellers are friendly and always help and advise. I want to mention Paul and David. They are in their place. More people like them.

Joined the account that gives 5% off if you spend above a limit.
Very fussy to join but got help in store very helpfull.
Only problem is using it doesn't give access to my account history up to this date. It all starts from new.
Didn't know that would happen so gave up on it . to much bother. And a lot of time wasted by me and staff. Should be part of my original account.

Paul needs a new job - rude, doesn?t know what a back box is and made me feel bad for asking for one. Also coughing and spluttering everywhere. Not impressed

Didn?t liked the behaviour of the staff there , as the guy was very rude and egoistic . I think he needs proper training g in handling customers as he seems in his early 20s so better he learn to handle customers .

I gave a 1 star review a few days ago, because of unprofessional behaviour of one of the staff called Nathan, but went there today again and there was a 2 older staff, very nice, smiling, joking as always so they made me change it to the better side I saw from them and always support the people with good behaviour.
