The staff at this Timpson?s are a credit to their organisation, so helpful and kind and willing to go the extra mile. In particular the lovely man with the irish accent who works in this Timpsons was a brilliant help when my car key wouldn?t work - showing me such patience and kindness. He explained everything clearly without patronising me, and advised me on the best course of action to save money and avoid the problem in future. Other companies might try to fleece a young woman with a poor understanding of car mechanics, but never Timpsons! I trust that I will always receive the best service here, and if they tell me to buy something its because I actually need it.

Amazing last minute heel tip replacements on two pairs of work shoes. Dave was brilliant, the best customer service I?ve experienced in a long time. Funny, engaging, right level of banter and judged my humour perfectly. Really made my Sunday! ?

Great service shame they cant take responsibility!Took a van key in to be replaced, replaced it and a week later the key stopped turning the engine on. had to call a auto locksmith and ended up costing me £420 plus the £50 for new key originally brought from Timpson's when we returned to complain was advised he couldn't help and he re cut key had to complain to head office who are useless!DO NOT USE FOR CUTTING CAR KEYS!

Great freinldly service seems so willing to help. Keys were cut in a few minutes. Sells polish, laces shoe brushes, Suit that I picked up was excellent cleaned to perfection and a quick turnover. Not to expensive. The Cobbler in there has a great attitude to customer care. Hats off.

The Timpson member of staff (paddy Dave) treated me with curtiously and with safety alway in the forefront, especially in these times, ensuring only one customer and both wearing mask. Good way to make me feel safe. I had a watch strap replaced, just the product I wanted and professional speed.a

Needed a school blazer dry cleaned. Paddy assisted me in getting this sorted. Was in and out in a matter of minutes. Blazer came back much quicker than I thought it would. Friendly and very helpful. 10/10!

Amazing service, there slogan is right! I had issues getting my new cars key cut and this was the only place I called up and had genuine help. The man was very helpful and insightful with my problem and I left a very happy customer. My thanks for to the man serving me!:)

I came in last Saturday right towards the end of the day. David was so accommodating and lovely. He made small talk with me and I mentioned I'd lost my dream job during the pandemic. He was so kind. I just wanted to say thank you in the hope that this will reach his ears! He made my day. ?
