The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went for visa photos and found the service to be very straightforward. I was given the opportunity to review and retake my photo if I preferred.I was then supplied with physical and digital copies within a few minutes, which passed all requirements. Highly recommend for a stress free process.

Both times ive had keys cut there have been issues and ive had to get them redone.Since i live a short walk away its no big deal. But if i was driving ten minutes to get home and find they had made this mistake. Id be livid.The second time i tried to warn the other chap he may have trouble. He barely listened and yep the key didn?t fit.Alot of faff for no good reason

Advice from Luke in the shop was very helpful. Small scuff on the shoe and was given the right polish and brushes to help repair the shoe!Always so friendly and willing to give advice!

If anyone needs passport photos done I would highly recommend here. Avril the assistant was helpful and very good at providing the required photos. Great service

Horrible attitude by the lady at the shop. Was too busy to serve customers at the shop even though they were open. Very rude! Just muttering she was too busy.

Website and shop says it is open at 8:30. But clearly does not according to my experience and other reviews. King, it was great it was open early I could just pop in and get my hills redone really quickly. She was clearly having a bad morning with an attitude was not fitting for customers. It will take her 20 minutes she said to get the till up and running and no way could she do my heels quickly. I told her she wouldn?t be getting my money anyway. Seems she thinks 8:30 opening with service a customer at 9! Never heard anything so ridiculous!

Needed an engraving done urgently, was advertised as opening at 830. 845 was stood outside, in the rain, with a staff member who said because the manager was away, so had to wait for someone who owned the shop opposite to get in as they had a key. He said it would take a while to then set up, plus at least 30 mins to do the engraving, which was 5 words on the back of a necklace!!!!! He told me to "Go somewhere else if it's urgent!" So I did. I went to the Timpson in the Town centre (next to The Perfume Shop) which was due to open at 9. The shutter was down slightly, he opened it a couple of mins early, I explained what I needed and why, and he did the engraving straight away in just 10 mins. Amazing how the same store can be run so very differently. Definitely know which one I'll be going to first next time. The Timpson in town deserves 5 *.

I took passport photographs on 25th of July to renew my passport. The photos got rejected by VFS because of bad lighting, had to take another set of photos at the VFS center.

Closed on Saturday even when it says it should be open both on google and in the window of the shop! Had two keys cut and neither of them work and now I can't even get them fixed!

Disgusting service, just received both my coats with animal fur and a chunk of human blonde hair on one arm, along with more hair around other various bits, its like its been dragged around the floor. Paid over £30 for such poor service, and now they aren't picking up my phone.

Not really polite customer service. Phone before coming till what time they can do pictures, came 45 minutes before closing time and men who was there was not polite, didn't want to accept cash. Won't use again.

I have had a bench plaque done at the branch, and although there were a few typos initially the staff were kind and more than happy to make it right which I really appreciated. It would certainly help the teams in the branches if there was an email address to avoid having to write by hand.

Ben was so very helpful with my new watch strap! He complimented me on my watch - it was my grandfather?s so very special - and found a watch strap that would compliment it and also made sure the buckle matched the watch! Excellent service!
