Excellent customer service. The gentleman who served us was Paul and he went above and beyond to help us find information that we needed about Roaming abroad. He was fair and very knowledgeable. Thank you again Paul.

One of the worst customer experiences ever! Purchased a Three Home Broadband and was delivered next day, but the SIM didn?t work for three days straight. Called multiple times to get help but was told to go into the Store for help and to get a new SIM. When we arrived Harry and David the team members were playing tennis in the store and said when we gave them our postcode that this device is unlikely to work in Basingstoke, despite the website saying it was available when entering our postcode. After giving us help for 10 minutes they then said they needed to see our ID. Handed them the bill and provisional licence but declined to help further. Planning to call to cancel and will never use Three again after this extremely frustrating experience. Useless. Ring them up they tell you to go into store. Go in store and they tell you to ring them up! Nightmare. Would NEVER recommend!

I recently went into the Basingstoke branch and was welcomed by Paul who sat myself and my partner down and was extremely helpful and honest about our enquiries. Not only were we impressed by the customer service given, all our needs were met and in a timely manner. I am really impressed by the service and highly recommend going into store if you have any problems than to do it online.
