So ordered for delivery this evening and was quoted 45mins to 1 hour, at 6:40pm which was early enough to avoid the rush that usually happens most weekends, while I?ve used this place multiple times over the years and delivery has always been hit and miss today takes the title as worst experience, not only am I spending a lot of money on food for delivery as a weekend treat for the family I then try to contact the company and am met with engaged response on phone, when I finally get through the gentleman on the other end of the phone informs me that it should be on the way in next 10-15 minutes (that was at 20:10) and guess what ?.. yep that?s right I?m still waiting, anyways back to the chap on the phone, apart from the snigger in his voice when I explained that this was not good enough I was offered no apologies and no offer of any compensation?.. not that I want hand outs but at least an apology rather then laughter and sniggering down the phone, absolutely will never be returning to here for an order, utterly disgusting customer service

This is a restaurant that is more suited for a takeaway. While the food is not bad, the service, and in particular, the attitude of the rude arrogant manager, leaves a lot to be desired. If you want to enjoy a pleasant evening meal with friends, avoid the dining in experience and visit another restaurant

Very poor, wouldn't return or recommend. Food quality was very low, poorly cooked and extremely greasy.
Even though it was quite service was impersonal and unimpressive. More interested in their revolving door take away service than seated customers.

Having eaten here several years ago we decided to return. We were very disappointed with the service as they were concentrating on serving takeaways and the atmosphere wasn?t great with people constantly coming and going to collect orders.
The food was mediocre.
Don?t think we will be returning in the near future.

Came here NYE. Waited 40 minutes for drinks. Hour for starters and another hour for mains. Services is very inattentive, although the wait staff were not impolite etc. There were delivery drivers Constantly in and out sitting around with 10 sat around the edges at one point. The focus appears to be very much on the delivery/ takeaway rather than dining in customers. The constant door slamming is annoying. Do not bother dining in here.

Ordered off Deliveroo and didn?t receive all of my order. No Onion Bhaji. Rang Red Rose and was told to contact Deliveroo. Thankfully got a refund from Deliveroo for inconvenience caused. Red Rose please organise and improve delivery so other customers don?t get the same disappointing service I received.

We ordered on Deliveroo, all the food came completely cold like they didn?t even bother to try and heat it up.
We ordered the lamb tikka pathia a couple weeks ago and it was nowhere near as spicy as it was this time. We like spice but it was so spicy that we couldn?t finish the dish.
Disappointed, wont be ordering again.

Didn?t pack a tikka masala correctly on a takeaway order. When it arrived everything was SOAKED in an entire tube worth of tikka massala. Was told I couldn?t get a refund. Fuming with the service

Most average of average Indian restaurant. Everything was a bit bland, no punchy flavours. Paneer was like chewing a rubber. Naan a bit stale. Won't be rushing back.
