The lady serving us was rude and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. We went there to specifically buy an aftershave we always buy. At the counter, my partner had given his details for his body shop account. I had then asked Karolina (stated on the receipt) whether they accepted blue light/student discount. She completely shut me down, telling me that I could not use the discount due to my partner paying. I had then told her I have a body shop account, and that I would be paying. She smirked and stated that she knows I would be buying this for my partner, therefore I could not use my discount. It made no sense that I was not able to purchase a product?I felt utterly embarrassed and shut down. She had spoken to me if I was stupid for asking a simple question about discounts. I had left the store feeling completely deflated, and upset by how I was spoken to. I will never be going to that store in Basingstoke again. As an ex- retail employee, I have never written a bad review about anyone. What an awful experience.

The selection here was fantastic, I particularly liked the seaweed range. However I also liked the carrot cream, it is really good. I am an older person and this cream really helps my skin. On top of that it smells nice.

Always rude staff in there and the products are over priced and under perform. Save your money ... have a cup of tea in the cafe opposite.
