Had a great experience with Ellie and T today with my two girls getting their ears pierced. They were so friendly, patient and helpful. When my daughter asked for both ears to be done at the same time Ellie asked her colleague, T, to come and help. One of my daughters got her ears pierced and my other girl decided she didn't want to. Ellie and T could not have been more lovely and understanding. Highly recommend the experience. Thank you again!

The absolute jobsworth on the tills at around 3:40pm Monday 26th May either needs a new job or better customer service training. Clearly bored on shift and looking for an argument, intentionally trying to annoy customers and make their in store experience difficult. I?m talking about an older female with white hair.

I've recently had both my daughters jabbed for chicken pox with Janine in this Superdrug and she is a total saint - so patient, so kind, with really informative emails before, between both jabs, and after. I appreciate you so much!

Rude staff member usually serves at the till on the left on Saturdays long brown hair she has a bad attitude, gossips with other staff members while she serves you, gives out dirty looks, very surprised she still works there as her job seems like its to much effort for her to give out polite customer service!

Would not recommend when you are waiting in line for the pharmacy. They do not acknowledge your presence or even a sorry bit busy. Customer service 0, might as well be invisable! Not first time its happened to me and friends.

Do not recommend their pharmacy. Staff very incompetent. After waiting for hours, I was told my private prescriptions could not be processed as they don?t deal with that company (later found out that they actually did). They then mistakenly updated on their system that the medication was actually dispensed when it wasn?t and I wasn?t able to get these medications from anywhere else. I visited the store 4 times explaining the situation and each time I was dealing with a different person, one more incompetent than the other. Really frustrating. Met a lot of people in the queue (mostly elderly) who said they struggle with them on a weekly basis.

i dealt with megan today and she was amazing. she was compassionate with the things i needed help with and was amazing at helping me find things i need and want. was very easy to talk to her as well we had a lovely interaction.

I visited the Basingstoke branch, and would love to say thank you to Emma who served me. Emma was serving on the till but spotted that I was wondering up and down the aisles and approached me to ask if she could help. She directed me to what I needed and then served me at the till - she ensured I had found everything and gave a friendly service. Thank you Emma, Superdrug are lucky to have you.

What sort of Manager wears shorts at work? Also while I was shopping here yesterday I heard him bitching severely about a member of staff which is so unprofessional. He does not know how to run the store and has no professionalism.

The Store manager here is particularly rude! Avoid this place at all costs. Luckily my home town superdrug are both friendly and helpful.
I'm trained to a high level of customer service, and the manager in Basingstoke needs sacking! ? he has zero skills!

Vaccination clinic nurses were friendly, calming, and quick. Great cost travel vaccines with expert care. Very accommodating.
