I ordered my own saver sub meal which a young 16ish year old girl had prepared but I couldn't shake the weird feeling of her manager staring from inside the kitchen. I think she noticed too because she started stuttering once he'd made himself more obvious, the sandwich was good but I hope the workers are being treated appropriately especially for her age since she seemed like she could even be a friend of my daughter

Ridiculous system having screens in front of what I wanted to see to put in my sandwich, stick to the old ways stop trying to modernise everything it doesn?t need to be done, 2 of us walked straight out as couldn?t be bothered.

why would you put computer screens???? They are confusing. Some people want to actually see the ingredients for themselves and not on a screen ?

Came to this subway for lunch and one of the employees was literally asleep at one of the tables and slobbering all over it?? Absolutely vile thing to do at work especially in a food establishment. I couldn't even finish my sandwich it was disgusting. Won't be coming back here.

Went into shop to order some lovely sandwich made by a young girl looks around 16 she was lovely girl, however when I sat down to eat my sandwich and realised what it seemed like her manager was extremely close to her and touching her inappropriately but not also that he would make it difficult for her to pass in order for her to briefly touch him when in a moving action, this made not only me uncomfortable but it looked like she became uncomfortable as well, this is disgusting behaviour from a senior manager when this young girl is being basically groped in a work place that is meant to be a safe space

The stupid machines they have now. You cannot build your own sandwich from scratch which I thought was the point of subway? I also normally ask for extra bacon and sauce and now with the machines am unable to do so. The machines have taken away the whole point of subway which is to make a sandwich your way.
The waffle fries were cold and under cooked. My sandiwch which consisted of bacon, lettuce, onion, Sweetcorn and bbq sauce costs the same as my partners who orders the baller which has considerably more product in? Pricing makes no sense. And like stated before don't have the opportunity to ask for extra to make it how I like. Not going back to any subway with those crap machines.

Went Thursday Afternoon to Basingstoke Chinham Subway and I had brought 1 Italian cheese and hurbs bread with Tuna and cheese and the guy was English had served me and I had asked him to put on my sandwich tuna with cheese and he touched Ham slice which was not Halal for me to eat as I am Muslim which I didn't want to eat that due to having a pork so he then touched the ham slice but didn't bother to change his gloves so with the same gloves he had touched Tuna and cheese and then had put my salad on and southwest sauce he then served me with the same gloves dreadful for me because am a Muslim at least changed the gloves then serve customers.

We waited for over 5minutes to be attended to.
There were limited options and after we managed to get our order ,a fly was there to perch on our sandwiches. No apologies whatsoever offered.
Very poor service overall.
Would not be visiting again
