Lovely, spacious café and not too busy for a Monday. Sadly there was only one happy, engaging member of staff. Service with a smile makes all the difference. Customers need to feel like they are appreciated
Tip: we spend more money if we feel good
The tables and floor weren't clean either, which is so off putting -again it's an easy fix.

Coffees took 11 minutes to be made, despite not being busy. Food arrived sooner but in takeaway bags (it was an eat-in order). They couldn?t warm the muffin because of the wrapper - that?s never been an issue in any other Starbucks. Overall, one of the worst and slowest Starbucks I?ve experienced globally!

Didn't try the food, but ordered 2 coffees. Baristas were really polite and patient when my Starbucks app wouldn't load. They have done the drinks well and speedy.

Look at all those extra chips and caramel sauce?
I?ve been getting the same thing for over a week a java chip with coconut milk, thats it. and they almost always forgot the cream on top and id end up asking for them to add it as previously requested and they do a small little squirt.
This week i change it up a little bit, but compared to 2 days ago when i had 3 extras and 2 changes they got it perfectly. Today i just wanted extra chocolate chips and caramel sauce. I didn?t get either. Intact i got less chips than there normally is.

The service was so slow.
I have been here when the queues were out the door and service was quicker. No urgency people waiting for there second drinks when others were served before.
Understand why I go to pret or Costa.

It?s a mess. Tables are covered in old cups and are dirty. Sofas need either chucking out of a deep clean.

I love the coffee in Starbucks. The reason for 4 stars is when I ordered a coffee a couple of days ago, the order was wrong. Ended throwing it away. Until then never had an issue. Foods good but expensive and for some reason the dark chocolate isn't in this store but in other stores.
Dietary restrictions: My app tells the cashiers Oat milk yest last time they used cows milk.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, seen children having child size drinks
Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, entrance & exit from sainsburys all on ground floor level.
