I had trouble buying TV from their website. However, we went down to the store to make our purchase. For our troubles, the store manager gave us a £15 discount and discounted 3 year warranty. Top service!

Zero stars (but it won't let me)I ordered a present for my daughter on the 11th December (as it was showing in stock) On the 22nd December, checked the tracking - and it hadn't even been dispatched. No communication to that effect either.Tried to use a non Amazon retailer - but this is what it gets you.Phoned them to cancel the order on the 23rd - not even an apology.Just hope that the refund process is more efficient.Appalling customer service.

The manager is VERY rude hung up on me whilst talking to him on the phone. I have purchased numerous televisions from this store, what an absolute disgrace. The manager is a very awkward difficult person to deal with and socially inept.AVOID AT ALL COSTS incident date 14th September 2021

Five star store, five star service and five star staff. Bought a Sont AF9 Oled tv and Soundbar ( Zf9 ). The staff knew what they were talking about as they answered every question I asked. Not only that, they gave me a great price and a five year warranty too! Amazing store and amazing staff.

Aronns customer service is above and beyond what I expected. I got fobbed off in John Lewis and Currys but he was more than happy spending time getting to know what I was after and at a good price. I felt comfortable and not pushed into buying things I didn't need and left with a smile on my face. Will be back next time I need electricals.

Bought wireless headphones. The assistant could not have been more helpful. When was debating the purchase he immediately offered a reduction which matched the Amazon price within £5! Would go back again.

Bad customer servicePlaced order online on Sony uk . Basingstoke branch was the one who had what I wanted, ok no problem , bought soundbar from Sony uk I thought. I was wrong .I cancelled my order fallowing day and even phoned Basingstoke to let them know. Someone from this branch promised everything is going to be ok that my order indeed been cancelled and all is over . Next day morning I received email with information regarding my order and what a surprise ? your order is it way to you ?So phoned Basingstoke again to ask what was going on and same person over the phone said that he forgot to cancel my order. After all week waiting parcel never arrived so phoned them again and they promised to contact me very soon and they didn?t so I called my self and been told parcel was turn back and they will return my money as soon as they get parcel back from DPD it was 10 days ago and now nobody is bothered to contact me. Sony uk also was useless when was asking for help . Will never buy from Sony again
