Avoid the car wash. Queued for 1 hour and 20 minutes for the wash and the end result was disappointing.

Big issues at this service station that need addressing. After filling a tank I was bombarded with loyalty cards and app sign ups that I didn?t want and / or need but clearly the staff are incentivised to push these products at the expense of your time. Also, car wash can only be described as a waste of time, don?t bother. Shell need to remove this immediately. Go elsewhere.

When I was trying to pay for fuel, the pin I entered kept getting declined. I realised it was because the teller had entered the wrong veh' registration. In the end I've had to fill a form and pay extra charges, never going back there again.

If there?s a queue for the car wash, don?t join it. We were told by the staff member that it would be 3-4 mins a car but it?s more like 12-15 or more. Ridic!

Good convenient location, fuel station is brillant and the range of produce in the shop is good. Priced a bit high but you pay this for convenience!

Went to the garage to put petrol in and went in to store bought some sweets for my granddaughter and paid by card was not charged for the petrol unbinone to me as didn't get receipt and didn't realise I had not been charged for petrol .iv received a bill through the post for over double the amount

Be careful there is expired products on display today îs 24/09/2022 and this coke expired on 30/06/2022 avoid to buy anything from this garage ! Hopefully I will be alright I dink a bit from it ?
