The Petrol Satation was closed at 4.30 am despite the 24-hour opening time.

Brilliant that there are fast charge units here for EV's. But advertising up to 300Kw and only ever averaging at 50Kw is pretty poor. Service definitely needs to be updated.

Nice location for this Shell fueling Station located on Winchester Road. Facilities available, Diesel, Petrol, Shop, Costa coffee machine, Jet wash and WC. Open 24 hours and nice to see this site has been brought into the 21st century with a Four Bay Electric charging hub by Shell Recharge.

I have been massively overcharged for 30 minutes of electric vehichle charge. Like 3 times what it should be. How does this happen for such a basic transaction??

Beware of this fuel station for fraud and theft issues. Always double-check prices, ask for a receipt, and make sure it is accurate as there has been incidents where they have overcharge me on card payments, aswell shortchange me with cash. Stand your ground if a dispute arises, as they do start to fumble against their lies & end up having to give you what your owed.
This station will absolutely not be seeing any more of my money.

I?m very disappointed the I wanted to wash my car and the gentleman with the name Tamir in the shop was very rude and didn't even know how the machine works , how do people work somewhere without knowing and not being able to do their job properly.

Good morning, I went today as usual to fill up at Winchester Road Shell in Basingstoke around 9 am ,I've parked my car at pump and waited to finish my phone call about 5 minutes then I went outside ,fill up and go to pay at cashier.At cashier I was served by lady "Surita" or "Sunita" didn't manage to catch the name correctly, while I was paying she started to tell me off that I stayed in the car 20 minutes and that this is for fill and go.I said to her what is wrong with you,I always came here daily and not have a issue as we are allowed to use petrol station for up to 20 minutes.I had to stay at the pump as their waiting car park is closed due to upgrades of station.But I don't think I even stayed 10 minutes there until i reached the till.She treated me that she will call to complain my company for who I work,and I answered to her "lady I'm not even working! Call who ever you want,I know I didn't stayed the time she was telling me that I stayed. She said she has CCTV,and I said to check the times before you have a go at your regular customers like that. She doesn't have anything else to do....Very poor customer service from her....never had issues with other staff and she said she is the Manager...I feel sorry for the owner of the bussines if she runs the shop like that.here is some pictures of receipt to prove I'm regular.Thanks

I wouldn't really ever bother to review a petrol station but I hope this message will help the owners to take corrective action.I placed an order via deliveroo after 12am. The order was pending processing for ages so I decided to call them up to make sure the order was received correctly and was being processed according.The was apparently correctly received but apparently they don't process any orders after 12am. Still open for business on uber eats receiving order and not approving them so basically customers hoping to get a late expensive delivery, get absolutely nothing cause the clock runs out and nothing.When I requested why they are still open accepting orders then I was told to watch my language - I only challenged the fact that they should close online delivery business. Then the oldish indian/Pakistani man hang up on me in anger.Wow I now been left with no delivery and no other option to order from anywhere else cause its too late.I cannot immagine how many people have experienced the same treatment.Never mind the defensive attitude and bad manners but I hope next time you go dine out , the waiter takes the order from you and after ages waiting you get told the chef left for the day.Same concept - not nice especially late at night

Horrible experience. I called him around midnight from Newbury asked if they sell lpg. He told me yes. I said, are ypu sure as I am 40 min far. He said yes, come, we are open. I arrived there 1:20am, but no lpg pump available. He was on his own, I asked him from the window of the night till, I was the one who called you before, where is the pump with the lpg? He said ?Lpg? We don?t sell here Lpg??. Unfortunately this is annoying? Better if they don?t let such people work in the gas stations or customer service. Better do something else. My worst experience ever..!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im very nervous?. I lost my time and my sleep.
