After trying to open a joint account unsuccessfully for 4 months at the Fleet branch because of staff unable to fill in correct details, Aimee at Basingstoke did this easily with no problems. She showed confidence and knowledge which sadly lacked in the Fleet branch.

Very disappointed with the newish closing times. I?m not the only one. Happy to take your money but us older folks who prefer customer contact struggle to see someone within short time frames.

Disappointed that the opening times have been reduced so much! I get not opening Saturday afternoons and Sundays anymore, but they still display the original hours inside and outside the branch, , with one piece of A4 stuck to the window between the cash points.

You haven't updated your closing times on Google 1 week over the 2nd lockdown has been declared.And you keep doing so. I went to the branch after checking on Google your opening times only to find out that you changed them again without writing the amended ones on Google. There was only a notice on the door informing customers that the branch was closing 2 hours earlier for a whole week. So a customer needs to waste a trip till the branch door to find out that. BAD.

Recently had to go to the Bank to sort out a few things and Jack was amazingly helpful. Just hope the bank stays in the town and doesn't close like many others have done.
