I received excellent customer service the other day from a young bloke who worked here it's lovely to see the youth still have some manners and kindness, will continue to shop here and would love to potentially work here at some point. Keep it up guys ?

Very good shop for groceries and more,
Farmacy, Starbucks caffeine and Argos collection point inside.
Cash machine and Thimpsons outside, also, fuel station.
Well stack shelves and fresh bakery.

A bit old fashioned - could use a facelift and a freshen up to bring it up to date. On the plus side, it?s quite large so the selection is decent.
Being in a town centre location there is unfortunatly a large security presence due to the local crack heads and shoplifters, which is a bit depressing, so cheer yourself up with some donuts and a milkshake.

Staff are not helpful in sainsbury in festival place. Staff at check out counter are ignorant and slow.they cannot even get up from their seat to pack grocery for people in wheel chair.I have often left my shopping basket on their counter because of their behaviour while serving.i have been a shop owner for last 40 years and we greet them with a smile and pack their items if they are elderly. Sainsbury need to train their staff properly. security man looking at his mobile instead of watching his screen I sometimes wonder how are these Staff employed. A Staff on check out was too stressed out because I wanted a reusable bag for my shopping....what a joke. I left my big shopping and went to marks and Spencer where i received a better customer service.

Busy but

Heavy queues...broken down self service tills. Staff looking very frustrated but did well considering. Management need to be supporting Staff more around this busy time. I was asking Staff where Management was and they said busy downstairs and laughed...this is very demeaning to the Staff so come out of the office and support your Staff. Whats going on with the music ...it was silent.
Play music that on its own cheers people up.
On a plus point plenty of food etc on the shelves and very clean.

Prices where competitive with Tesco
Not good parking, and it could have done with more staff on duty!

Poor customer service if you need support, the guy at the door does not want to help with lost items, everyone is sending you over to another from post to pillar. This is beside the fact that the prices are quite high compared to other stores, trying to trick you with vouchers to waste your money on bad sevice, products on the shelf out of date and many more surprises

All you need. Good choices for tea and coffee. Nice and friendly atmosphere.
