I visited this store after seeing a paper product online and wanted to double check the colour. On arrival at the store I was greeted with a warm welcome even though the shop was exceptionally busy. Sally assisted me in looking at the product on line and guided me to the product in store. It was unfortunately not the shade I was expecting so on this occasion didn?t make a purchase. The assistance given to me by Sally was exceptional a definite credit to Rymans. Well done and thank you Sally!

Not willing to help and does not even say hi back even after clearly repeating it!

Not impressed. I bought a year planner (wall chart), when I got home and opened it, even though I'd picked it from the basket slot saying 'Full Year', I discovered it's an Academic Year chart.
Now, I fully admit I should have checked & it's ultimately my fault, but it would have been nice if I'd been asked at the checkout if I really wanted that one, as we're fully halfway through the academic year. I can't even take it back as I paid cash and don't have my receipt!

A very expensive store, and it costs a lot to print one page. I don?t understand why this money is worth it, because this is an ordinary office. Also the employees are not always friendly

Terrible, awful, abysmal experience.
Needed something printed, waited 30 minutes OVER the allotted hour and turns out it had been ?forgotten?. Then was told that I hadn?t placed an order (I eventually found the email leading to the staff member to find it)
Then they kept serving people around me. I don?t mind one or two if they just need to quickly pay but it was quite lengthy DHL queries. Eventually I politely mentioned it a couple of times.
After 45 minutes, she printed my items, however onto paper and not the allotted and paid for card.
Another 45/ 50 minutes of waiting and being half served I got my items and they had served over TWELVE people around me without so much as an apology!
I had been stood in the shop for an hour and a half plus I am 8 1/2 months pregnant!
Got home to find my items had been printed wonky on the card - not ideal for wedding stationery.
Literally the worst retail experience of my whole life. I can?t express how awful it was. I would strongly encourage people to go to their local library for printing and WH Smith?s for stationery.

£2.50 service charge for a 10p print. Cost £3.20 for a print, no wonder no one shops at rymans.

Lucy L. Was super helpful, kind and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed. She was patient, creative and accommodating. I will definitely go back there.

Lucy & Nicole really helped me and made a difference to my day! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and gave great advice and ideas to find a solution to my problem. Nothing was too much trouble!

Had a wonderful experience at ryman today the staff were excellent help, very knowledgeable on the pens I needed, suggested I get the new uniball pens for £1 at the till was a great offer and very affordable!
