Went to store to return online bought airfryer.airfryer is too small for me that's why I thought to return but the manager who served me is simply arguing with me that he can't process my return because it's already used. I am telling him that I just tested it to see size but he didn't listen .I came all the way from reading to basingstoke .I am totallyDisappointed with the service

I came in to purchase a kettle, but needed some help. I noticed everyone was busy with other customers, so decided to open the box. As I was opening the box I was rudely shouted at by a scruffy staff member (bald and tattoos) "dont open the box" I decided to leave the shop after that. Went elsewhere with better customer service.

Great shop sells brilliant products...Problem with floor space my wife had a lot of difficulty getting her mobility scooter around the shop.Stacks all over the place leaving little room for maneuvering. People with push chairs or prams would have the same problem.
