Hollie in this store is an absolute star! I had no idea what to buy my friend for her birthday, all I knew were her sizes! But hollie put the time aside to help me find a whole outfit for her, never once felt like a burden and it made what was originally a stressful experience into a really easy one. Everyone should take a page out of her book, Hollie is definitely a standout employee here and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you so much Hollie! X

Went in and asked about a certain product.. I don't think they realised that my husband was standing by the door. As I turned and walked out, my husband was facing in their direction, he saw the guy who works there mimic and laugh about what I had just asked... He was totally taking the piss... Absolutely disgusting

Good stock on items, very friendly staff, couldn't find a dress that was online and wanted to try it, because sometimes the sizes are different, I have dresses from RI in 2 different sizes.
