I went there 2 days ago and I tried to buy for my daughter some clothes. There wasn't sizes some of them which ? liked. There was a lady who is name Secil. She helped me a lot for finding the these item sizes and she helped me find some other items too. ?t was very helpful for me and easy to shop there. Thank you very much.

Shocking that you don't do exchange without a receipt even though it has tags on and I have a bank statement, bought a skirt on the 25/3/24 expected the item to fit so didn?t keep the receipt went in today to see if I could exchange the item for exactly the same product both the item I bought on the 25/3 had the tag on went in today before my shift spoke to a colleague who was actually quite rude when asked if it was possible then was spoken to rudely at the checkouts don?t think I will be buying anything from primark again very disappointed in the staff there
