Third Premier Inn stay in 2 weeks from Inverness to Basingstoke to Edinburgh.
This hotel was very down on its up as compared to the other two and was situated in the middle of a pleasure Park which was quite noisy at night.
The food in the restaurant was truly awful. Everything seemed to come from the freezer to the deep fat fryer via a microwave. Breakfast wasn't much better either so best avoided and try your luck somewhere else in my opinion.
I would say that the check-in staff were absolutely brilliant and made me feel very welcome

Room Was very tired and outdated. But it as the last room available when I booked. It was about £120 more than Google maps showed.

We actually used the Spruce goose pub next door. Polite and friendly staff. Restaurant was busy. Men's toilets have a problem with a section being closed off with what appeared to be a water leak.

Would have been 4 stars for everything but....
I didn't Expect to pay £7.00
Per night extra on top of my hotel bill for parking. Especially when visitors to the Spruce Goose next
door pay Nothing for 3 hours ..

Not like the ones on TV
A little dated, no lift, no Aircon,
Costly carpark £7
The room is ok ,the bed seems comfy,
Only stayed here as it was closer to where we needed to go.
It's a one of stay only
Will use the rival (travelodge) hotel company for future visits
.... update the morning after....
Not hotels fault completely.. .but it was like sleeping next to a race track with all the boy racers on dual carriageway few yards from our window
So if you want a peaceful place to sleep then this hotel not the one for you

Great location, spent 4 nights here while doing a course at the Loddon School. Beefeater next door was quite handy for breakfast and dinner. Different activities surrounding he hotel for those who want to do something while staying there.
Roo.s were nice, clean and comfortable, hardly any noise.

WOW!!! absolutely shocking experience I stay in premier Inn all over the country due to my job this has been the worst one yet..
The room was the furthest away from the reception on the 1st floor right next to the IFLY centre the noise from the fans is loud I couldnt have the window open. It was a hot day and night also there is no air-conditioning in the room even states on the thermostat that it can't cool the room .ask reception for a fan an they said they don't give them out there should be one in the room but nope !! Safe to say the room was like Satan's armpit I was sweating that much the bed looks like I wet myself. It was 25°at 5.30am.
The shower was non existent it trickled out no pressure whatsoever and hot water was Lukewarm. Also toilet roll GET NORMAL toilet roll NOT NAPKINS!!!!!!!
The WiFi is non existent told the receptionist an she said it my equipment and there's nothing she could do. Speaking to a few of the people who was staying they said the ultimate wasn't much better saved me £5 but still £148 a night for a shocking hotel.

Our third stay here. The greeting was friendly, but couldn?t obtain enough hangers for our clothes again on asking. No Fridge for my fresh milk or any drinks bought with us. Only one hand towel supplied and not a rail to hang it on near the sink either, so other than the bath it would be behind the door when opened. The mattress as promised on advertising was great???THE WORST THING FOR ME WAS THE SOLID UNCOMFORTABLE PILLOWS!So not a great nights sleep, here for two more nights so will ask if they have any better.Overall although the bathroom a little small, clean, comfortable and a nice place to stay. Would still recommend.
