Why not be helpful? Went in to get the pill without prescription which is clearly stated on the NHS website that this service is provided and there is "No need to see a doctor" but was told we have to see a doctor, went to a different pharmacy straight afterwards and had no problem and was given what we need. Why not just help us get what we need, it's not hard, why do I need to stand there arguing about it when it's clearly stated on the NHS website? And complaining that they are very busy. How hard is it to just do your damn job and give the service needed!?

Put a repeat prescription in last Tuesday. Told to collect a week from today. Gave them an extra day Wednesday. Went in, answer, collect tomorrow. 10 day wait? I have nothing left as normally plan for a 7 day wait. Careless, unapologetic, come back tomorrow.

Terrible. Staff are nearly always moody. Ordered my contraceptive pill over a week ago says it?s been ?processed? 2 days after ordering it. Tried to collect it and said they have nothing. Made me wait in a queue in the heath centre for over half an hour to get it sorted.

I had gone to this pharmacy as my regular one had been experiencing supply issues with one of my medications. It had been hit an miss as to whether they could them in.I stopped by Paydens. They had no supply issues and were able to help me get my prescription back from regular pharmacy. Given that is was nearly 5pm I thought I was going to be faced with all sorts of dilemmas! Lucky for me Becky was able to assist. She was my saving grace. What Becky doesn?t know is, I have Bipolar disorder and other mental health problems. She treated me with the utmost respect and made the whole experience smooth. Thank You So Much ?

Ive been through the same Martyn Matthews.The counter staff here need a lesson in customer care. They are rude and insensitive, talk down to you, don?t smile or say hello and generally give the impression that you are an inconvenience. ?to valide this I'm also a staff nurse.

Why is it so difficult to get your opening hours correct in google? So happy I drove all the way to your pharmacy today because your opening hours state you?re open to a closed pharmacy! Sort the basics or lose customers!
