As one of the biggest names in retail and unit in Hampshire, I love going in for a browse as they have made nice use of their home and perfume displays, with everywhere room to walk around. Maybe have a bigger Petite clothing range, in the middle, not hidden at the back, as there seems to be less product range now than there was, with jeans and leggings everywhere else on view in the store. Also, where is your make-up ? I used to adore the shimmer and baked cosmetic range and this is non existent now, which is a shame for shoppers who liked it.

Wanted to call out the excellent customer service we received today . We were served by Tia.
We returned some faulty toddler joggers - leg seam was not stitched properly.
without any issue -Tia dealt with us politely and professionally.
Went to find another pair in the stockroom and exchange was completed.

Staff is rude, need to learn some customer handling etiquette. I asked about fitting room and their reaction is very inappropriate by saying you can't use Fitting room

Just received order 3 days late when I paid for next day delivery. No refund offered. On opening order item was inside out with no labels attached with white markings on item.Seems to me that NEXT no longer cares about their customer?s. Item received was such poor quality I put it in the bin, no point in returning as I would never receive a refund or credit.

The assistant manager Anna spoke to my wife with such a rude manner. We have an account with Next and spend alot of money with them. We were returning a suit that didn't fit and required assistance with ordering the new one due to the app not working properly. Really unacceptable level of customer service, she also did this infront of what looked to be trainee staff. Appalling. Considering clearing account and not using them again.
