I?ve been here a few times. Staff kinda just looked at me in a judgy way. Never offered help just like other shops. I?ve always ignored it, but having read some reviews, I think maybe because we look different. Lady on the till was annoyed that I had to spell out my email add so she wouldn?t get it wrong, but she was irritated. I?ve never received my receipt, of course she sent it to the wrong email add.

Whoever it was working on the 24th December during closing time. Fire them all. Their customer service was unbelievable or more like racist towards a group of customers as they kept telling them the store is about to close very rudely. They talked amongst themselves complaining about how customers were there till the closing time very loud and rudely. That?s not the way it should be done. You stay there till 7pm!

The manager is rlly rude, shouted at me and my sister for literally no reason. Said i was eating when my food was still in the bag. Literally no need to be so rude and shout at me from across the stor.

I was served by Csilla today, and she was filled with sympathy and was extremely helpful during my shop today. Hopeful of more staff like her to be of help to everybody else.

I have experienced on 2 occasions now very rude customer service by the same lady. I didnt get her name but i think shes the manager. Unbeliveably rude and speaks to her staff, who actually try to help in a rude manner and very condenscending. Makes you not want to shop in there! I actually took a return home and would rather pay to return it than go back in there to be spoken to like that. Especially when the returns process has changed, why not try to educate your regular customers in a polite manner and try to help then maybe next time they would get it right and appreciate the time taken to explain the new process!
