Came in to change my address to receive a new card. Spoke to the manager of this branch who supposedly did make the change. We where stood together on hold for 10mins until this manager said that he will make a note and call them in the morning for me and get it sent out. This clearly wasn't done as two weeks later I'm finding out my new cards been sent to my old address!!! Now I'm being told I have to make the 20mile journey to branch again to with proof of ID. Do these people just think I have nothing better to be doing than having to travel to the bank after they are the ones that made the mistake.

I went there not too long ago to do a name change and deposit and heard an employee talking with a colleague about some customers with names they gave such as "demented Dave" or crazy woman. I respect some people can be weird towards staff but please if you must have sordid conversations, don't do it where we can hear you.

So I live in alton and alton doesn't have a natwest any more and so I have to travel to Basingstoke just to get a mini statement and to just check my bank. And I also had to wait 40 minutes just to get served. 0 out of 5

Can someone call me!!!! I can?t connect to anyone. £50 note was stuck in one of the machines and I was told that I was going to get it transferred on Monday 13th first thing (this happened on Saturday 11th). I don?t live in Basingstoke and I cannot drive 2h for this? transaction ID is D1971, you have my details if you follow the ID!!

Sorry Nat West I Bank with you and would give you 5 Stars this review is about your telephone contacting system which takes frustrating stupidity to a whole new level as always a pre-recorded message gives choices but all I was asking was to speak to someone and every time I said why I got the reply sorry I didn't understand that try saying ??.... all you've got to do is programe your answer system to understand " I want to talk to someone" and connect them, do that and you go back to 5 Stars just don't ask me to phone you.

Terrible and hostile Customer Service. Needed cash or transfer cash across counter for Son's birthday. Lady at reception was hostile.

COVID beware...Not a reflection of staff friendliness, but no mask / shield on reception assistant / usher, whose direct contact brings customers in from the queue. 'Mask' exemptions don't include 'face shields' in the UK, why hasn't common sense kindly tasked the unprotected to duties out of prime customer contact or at least being a shield / screen? Surely it's all about care for each other, especially in public facing positions?

Very helpful and friendly staff and a really good bank but really do need to get an online app like other banks so people can pay cheques online without having to only go into town to use the machines to do so.
