I have been banking with Nationwide for over 10 years, unfortunately I made an error with a cheque (I didn?t know this was an error as it had been accepted previously by them with no issues) this resulted in them taking a substantial amount from my account. I spoke to a manager who admitted they had made a mistake previously which led to me making the error a second time, however they still said they couldn?t help rectify the issue. We still have not received the money back. Funny how they can press a few buttons to take money but when it comes to giving it back, you have to wait 3-5 working days. Out of principal all of my accounts will be moved elsewhere as clearly being a loyal customer counts for nothing these days.

Went in to discuss my account, Nancy was very helpful and friendly, told me about some great options on savings, really nice interaction would definitely come back to this branch!

Such a lovely team there, so friendly and are always there to help you out. During covid I was setting up my sons bank account and had to do so other the phone for obvious reasons, and they were honestly super helpful and done things all within 30 minutes.

I called up to get a new card after the atm ate my current one and I was told they would get a card sent out to me and after a while of waiting I called up to check on it to find out they hadn't canceled the card that the atm ate or sent a new one like they told me they did so them lying has caused me to be without a card for much longer than expected they say they are sending a new one now after I chased them up but time will tell if they are lying to me again

Non existent customer service...no wonder the chart behind shows you bottom of customer satisfaction..if you have a long queue of people waiting...please call for another member of staff or direct customer which need a lot of assistance to another department....so many customers walked out in anger ? ?

Many thanks to the staff at this branch , they are very welcoming and polite. I?d like to thank Char in helping dealing with a recent transaction in such a professional and polite manner. I felt she really enjoyed helping. Her very radiant approach in this bleak lockdown mood, certainly lifted my spirits.Char also helped with another issue in which she referred me to James who phoned earlier today.He too assisted me with an issue in a lucid manner which addressed my options to my total satisfaction. Thank you James.This branch is very worthy of 5 stars.
