Quite honestly this is a horrid store, untidy, awful music, clutttered and usually out of stock of the most basic items. I few changes would make this store acceptable but unfortunately they do not have a mindset to improve such items, just keep the store how it is and not change. This is where the world is right now

Morrisons Basingstoke on Worting Road is a well-equipped, convenient store with fresh produce, a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, café, clothing, petrol station, and plenty of parking. It?s praised for variety and helpful staff, though the décor feels dated and the café often gets poor reviews. Great for groceries and one-stop shopping.

This store is so much better than it used to be. Lots of fruit and vegetables, meat counter well stocked. Lots of good value items. EV chargers as well so can charge and shop.

Well stocked and good salad bar during the day but if you want to buy alcoholic spirits, you have a difficult journey ahead getting someone to open the locked doors for you

All I can say is check dairy products ie cheese 20 days out of date coleslaw 6 days out of date pork pies days out of date even some multi bags of crisp out of date someone is not doing there job properly and you have to wait for ages to get served at the deli sometimes

Visited my local Morrisons recently and was absolutely shocked at the way I was treated by staff. The staff member acted like I was an inconvenience, barely made eye contact, and gave a one-word answer before walking off.
When I tried to speak to someone else, I was ignored completely. No basic manners, no effort to help ? just cold, unprofessional behaviour from people who clearly don?t want to be there.
Absolutely pathetic. Tesco, Sainsbury?s, even Aldi do better. Morrisons used to be reliable?now it feels like they?re actively trying to drive customers away. Never again.

Shelves messy and empty.
Lighting very poor.
Miserable staff.
2 Staff absolutely stunk of BO. It was gross. Standards have dropped so much. If I didn't have a gift card I would not shop here.
