Disgraceful customer service... if anything none existent. Two managers and not one knew how I could put a formal complain. And manager Primaya extemely disrespectful, awful example to her staff. I asked if I could be directed on how to make a complain and had a big tandrum and did not know how to deal with it so resorted to saying 'yes go and complain here is my name'. Don't know how this people are put in this positions when they can't even handle a customers request to put a complain. Disgusting service.

I used to work in McDonald's and this is one of the only ones I've visited in the past couple of years where they can actually dress the burgers properly. Nice clean restaurant and the staff were friendly, quick service and the food was hot ?

Hospitality from Harman was fantastic, she serves customer with the smile always and quick with the service if we order anything additional. Food was great and hot as usual.

My order was wrongly delivered, I tried to contact the restaurant literally 10 times. But no one answered the phone. Virtual assistance not helping this situation. No response from the store.

Place does not close until 11pm but staff were hastening to close sections and stack seats at only 6pm. The upstairs was already closed and with it and unacceptably, the main toilets. The disabled toilet could be accessed via the staff.
Too many places are like this, minimal service, keen to anticipate closing time.
