My partner had a meal here back in june 2025 and it was all wrong so he rang the mcdonalds and they promised he would get a free meal next time we were up we were a bit dubious about this but we went there on Friday and ordered and explained and they gave us the meals for free so thank you mcdonalds for following up on that

McDonnel, you need to use this out let as a benchmark for all your shops it's the first time in many years that everything was 110% perfectly cooked and the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble looking forward to visiting again soon

The drive through staff took my order accurately and food was freshly made.

Someone from head office needs to get down here quick.
Assuming a lot of the food tastes poor due to coffee machine and oil needing cleaning.
So gutting as you go to macdonalds for consistency,
Couldn't eat the halloumi fries or half of my burger
Asked for something to be remade and could hear them speaking about the fact they were just going to rebox my original.
Fuming as my meal cost £17 and most went in the bin

They made my partner's burger wrong, went to the counter to get it corrected and was given yet another incorrect burger with a whole bunch of attitude from the teenager behind the counter. I understand it was a busy evening but there is no excuse for such poor customer service.

Member of staff gave me wrong order at the window. We then ahnded it back and he walked away and said nothing. Got home and realised one of the happys meals was missing fries as well not impressed at all

Stuff wasn?t wearing name badges and uniform was scruffy and the floor looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in years and the cleanliness and the stuff don?t have any sauces or sugar and pepper. Cobwebs all over the place

we asked for a take away ordered it 54 minutes ago and it still says it is being prepared. This is not acceptable at all it?s rubbish service no one is picking up the phone we have been working for the past 8 hours and our 1 hour lunch finished and we didn?t get to eat our food

This keeps happening to me time and again and it feels like deliberate. 70% of time in drive through they mismanage the order, sometimes giving less quantity than what has been charged sometimes wrong menu. It's a real shame.
